The December 23rd Charlie Brown Christmas Concert will mark the soft launch of URSA Asheville, a non-profit organization that I started nearly one year ago with several other fellow travelers. The original idea was to front and fund a large orchestra, the Constellations Orchestra, that would be a top-rate ensemble capable of accompanying national and international names while showcasing local talent.
